Add Pool & Spa Heat: During the cooler months (October to April) add Spa heat for $70/day OR Pool & Spa heat for $115/day, for the duration of your stay. Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellations: We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made 120 days or more before the check-in date. Cancellations made 60 days prior to check-in receive a 75% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.

Self Check-in: Easy, fast, hassle-free self check-in. You will receive check-in information with door code 2 days prior to your stay.

Check in and out Times: Early check-in (11 am) $250 and late check-out (3pm) $250 can be requested up to 3 days prior to your stay and is dependent on availability.

Booking on behalf of Someone Else: Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Pool & Spa Heating: Pool and spa heat is usually requested between October – April when temperatures are cooler. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer pool and spa heat for an additional fee to keep the accommodation cost lower for those who do not want it. Spa heat is $70/day OR Pool & Spa heat is $115/day for the duration of your stay. Heating must be requested at booking or in advance of check-in.

Coffee & Groceries: While the house has multiple options for making coffee, a coffee shop is always a nice option. There is a Starbucks a half mile away (a nice stroll), and Echo Coffee just over half a mile away.
There are several grocery stores to choose from, just minutes from the home.

This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18-150, 18-121 and all state and city regulations.

All doors fixed with alarm for pool safety. Pool equipment is monitored – if tampered with, guest will be charged for cost of reprogramming plus $500 service fee. 

Quiet hours 9PM – 9AM are strictly enforced. Noise or other fines from the city during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest to pay. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. No Smoking allowed. A fee of $600 will be charged for smoking. 
Additional fees may be charged for any damages and/or additional cleaning. Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard. No pets allowed. All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury or damages caused to the other party.
