Luxury Amenities
Add Pool & Spa Heat: During the cooler months (October to April) add Spa heat for $70/day OR Pool & Spa heat for $115/day, for the duration of your stay. Offering heat as an optional fee allows us to keep the accommodation cost lower for those who do not want to heat the Spa or Pool. Please request before you check-in.

This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18-150, 18-121 and all state and city regulations.
All doors fixed with alarm for pool safety. Pool equipment is monitored – if tampered with, guest will be charged for cost of reprogramming plus $500 service fee. Quiet hours 9PM – 9AM are strictly enforced. Noise or other fines from the city during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest to pay. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. No Smoking allowed. A fee of $600 will be charged for smoking. Additional fees may be charged for any damages and/or additional cleaning. Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard. No pets allowed. All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury or damages caused to the other party.
