Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 27 years old. If you’re under 27, we’d still love to hear from you- please reach out before booking – we’re happy to consider exceptions when appropriate.
We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made 120 days or more before the check-in date. Cancellations made 60 days prior to check-in receive a 75% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.
Each home is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, Nespresso Vertuo, and a bean grinder, so you can enjoy coffee your way.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in the home
- Pets are not permitted
- Events are allowed with prior description and approval before booking
- No glitter or confetti allowed in home or on premises
- Photography and filming are allowed with pre-approval
- Scottsdale quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Any fines issued by the City of Scottsdale during your stay are the responsibility of the guest
- A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in
Pool and spa heat is usually requested between October – April when temperatures are cooler. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer pool and spa heat for an additional fee to keep the accommodation cost lower for those who do not want it. Spa heat is $70/day OR Spa & Pool heat is $95 per day, for the duration of your stay. Heating must be requested at booking or in advance of check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. If available, the fee is $250 for early check-in as early as 11 am and $250 for late check-out up to 3 pm.
Yes. We provide bath towels, pool towels, makeup towels and dishtowels in every home.
Yes, each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer(s).
Yes. Each home includes a high chair and Pack & Play at no additional charge, along with children’s dishware.
Yes. Parking is available in the garage and driveway at each home. Street parking is not permitted.
Yes, you may ship packages at your own risk. Please notify us if you will be shipping to the house prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your packages as the home may be occupied by other guests.
The homes are perfectly situated to enjoy Old Town on foot while still having quick, convenient driving or Uber/Waymo options if desired.
- The beginning Southwest edge of Old Town is approximately 0.3 miles away, making it an easy 7-9 minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive.
- Old Town restaurant district is about 0.6 miles, roughly a 12–15 minute walk or a 3–4 minute drive.
- Old Town bars & nightlife area is approximately 0.8 miles away, which is about a 15–18 minute walk or a 4–5 minute drive.
Yes, grocery options are convenient and close by. Albertsons grocery store, is approximately 0.9 miles from the homes, just a 3–4 minute drive. Guests may also choose grocery delivery through Walmart, Instacart, Amazon Fresh, or Whole Foods delivery. A pre -“fill the fridge: service is also offered through our trusted partner Scottsdale Bachelorette, perfect for having groceries and essentials ready upon arrival.
